I'm stuck - loan scammer won't fill in any forms

Hi all,

I am dealing with a scammer who just refuses to fill in any forms. First, I was directed to Western Union, and he wouldn't fill in the security forms, despite him promising to do so. Second, he gives me a bank account which I of course reported, and third he directs me to MoneyGram, whose forms he also doesn't want to fill in. I feel he's about to terminate the deal, and I need a way out without just giving in like that, because my character also has enough of the situation, being sent around the city, trying to find a way to send the lad his money.

Any ideas?

I do not understand why you are so unwilling to assist me. I have made every effort to comply to your wishes but you do not seem serious concerning this transaction. I can't help you if you can't help me! I feel I have no other choice than to terminate this transaction by recalling my money from the MG office myself.

I've done that already, upon which he agreed to terminate. Then I fired him up again, but it gets stuck on the same issue, and there's no fun if I can't get at least something from him. So maybe this is a lost case after all.
