Note my email address. churchofmoo.com. If you go to that site, it has nothing to do with grates. The "religious" book that is there is called The Grate Book of Moo.

The information about grates that I sent him is just random floor grate information I found with a Google search.

My current intention is that if he wants to pay by credit card, I will respond with "Sorry, it was refused. As per company policy, I can only accept cash, cheque, or money order at this point."

Welcome to the board! The whole idea on this one is to milk him of stolen cards. You can turn him to check if you like but he has stolen card info that needs to be pulled and reported to mods.
