Is anyone baiting a love-lad who calls himself Derrick Aaron?

Google searches for both E-mail addresses didn't show any hits. If the Guy is a scammer, your friend needs to get him listed at Scamwarners or another scam warning site. A Google search for the name Derrick Aaron brings up several hits online for such a person.

This guy is a scammer, he already got "some" money from the lady, who is now deeply hurt.

I already did some google research, only little success. His +4470 number
was used in 2009

The scam I know about, started summer 2012 and lasted until January 2013.

I'm sorry your friend was scammed. Getting the information on this scum listed at a Scam Warning site could help other potential victims.

This guy contacted the lady on facebook, so I don't know, if he will accept incoming mails. Would be glad if he did!

You didn't have to repost the picture. You just had to move it into the spotlight which has been done for you. Your entire posting is now in Main so Google can find your post and the picture.

Most of them are so busy scamming they won't look. It does give other possible victims the chance to find him though if they look.

[email protected] leads to no hits on the major social sites either.
IMHO the use of the +44 70 number, plus the obvious use of scripts, plus the +234 number, all together, is already enough to post it on SW as scam.

Then, the best thing to do is to post the scammer over at scamwarners (the same rules of evidence apply.) That is a much more appropriate place for victims to find him than Eater, which can be a bit confusing to some.
After that, if people have joined in to bait him, it would be best to remove the email addresses or change them so that any baits are not rumbled. It doesn't happen often, but it does on occasion, and if the scammer information is posted where victims can find it, there is no longer reason to allow google to find it here.

My intention, when I opened this thread, was not the idea to warn other victims via google-search. I rather started at "HELP, HINTS & TIPS", then the thread was moved here.

I just wanted to know, if someone was already baiting on this person, or to encourage baiters to do so.
I would love to tell the real victim from Germany, that this bastard gets his punishment.

Now I'm going to do this:
I edit my opening posting and modify the contact data of the lad. If someone ist still interested, please pm me!

^ You're missing the point. You haven't posted any evidence that this guy is indeed a scammer. No initial mail, no mail header, no fake profile, nothing. It is not that we don't believe what you say - but, unfortunately, it's not unheard of, that some malicious person would post the mail addresses of a third party that is not actually a scammer, but someone the poster has a grudge with. To avoid this, we need you to post the earliest script from the lad you have available, as well as a mail header. That way, baiters can judge for themselves. Wink

I know you are merely asking if others are baiting your lad, but you also posted the mail addresses, and thus making them available for lurkers and other read-only users, and some of them could/will snatch the address and initiate contact with the lad. Wink

So, for those reasons, when you post any mail address used by scammers at this forum, it must be backed by evidence as described above. Posting the lads "name" alone is rarely enough, as most lad names are used by lads all over West Africa... you have no idea how many Lamido Sanusis or Robert Muellers there are out there. Wink

Here is a good example of how a lad format should be posted.
If you don't know what an email header is or how to find it, there is a good guide here.

With the scammer's (fake)name you are right. Therefore I added his numbers and addresses. With the wiped out data it now no longer makes sense.
