Lately my heart has not been into baiting, a combination of other hobbies and RL crap combined. And it's not just been baiting I've hit a brick wall with. One of my other hobbies is antique radios. But I've hit a brick wall with that too. But I don't want to be a complete stranger, so I am usually posting stuff here in General Chat. Also I like to still contribute $$ to the site. i don't give a hoot if I am a gold member or not cause of the contribution, but it's a good thing to do.

Hey, I am still alive. Still call a lad or two when asked nicely, lol. Just busy with rl and having romantic songs written for me by Malian artists, wink wink. Embarassed

Well, I've been lurking on and off for a few years before signing up. When I lost my previous job and had gap of a few months until the current one, I started baiting and posting on this site.
With the new job and all the other activities that I have going on, I don't have the time and energy to keep a good bait going, so I stopped with that and hence stopped posting here.
Last spring I did a bit of posting in the VD thread (remember me Ima? I sure remember you Wink

). And of course I'm still following a few of the forums here. I really don't want to miss the latest developments of the Hector bait.
Sometime next year one activity that eats a large part of my spare time will stop and I'm seriously considering to then pick up baiting again (and participating more actively here along with that).

BTW, english isn't my native language, but I don't think I can use that as an excuse, having worked my entire career for American companies (well over 20 years so far and still counting).

We have over 50,000 registered members. That is who JMR was referring to, not drive bys who look in without registering.

I'd like to see this be friendly to members who are too shy to post. Very Happy

^^ The same for those who think their English is not good enough. I live in the US and I can barely understand some of the English spoken here. I am in the Deep South and there is a person working at a local business from Boston, Massachusetts and we cannot understand a word she says.

I've been lurking occasionally for a few years as well. Just like many others here, real life got in the way and I couldn't dedicate the time I needed to bait successfully anymore.
I'm hoping that will change though.

I've been lurking here off and on for years. A reason I would post here more would be if I had any questions on baiting but since this sight is already so informative I don't really need to ask any. I've been baiting(safely) with this info for years and have sent accounts to the mysterious Alan. Most of my baits can't compare to safaris to Chad and trips to the Skeleton Coast but if I do manage to get one as entertaining I would definitely share. Thanks to all who do post for the laughs!
