Chinese authorities arrest over 10,000 people involved in Internet crime but seemingly only those who have made attacks against Chinese official sites.
How about all the millions of 419 scammers that plague the rest of the world!

I really doubt the Chinese government actually cares about internet crime unless it's directed right at them. Just take a quick peek at ebay (specifically gold and silver bullion), and you will see literally thousands upon thousands of obvious scams. They create an ebay account, fake some positive feedback, and sell their phoney or counterfeit bullion. After all the negative feedback, they close the account, and move on to the next one. The amount of obvious scams rival even Nigeria.
In China, they'll probably execute you for showing pictures of boobs, but probably give you a government position for fraud  |
