Not sure if you got a bank account from this guy already. If so, I'll be happy to share my favorite reply for account #2. I'm definitely not that experienced in any of this, but I've been successful in getting bank accounts lately and this would be my reply if you're looking for a second account to report:
"Dear xxxx,
I am not sure why you have insulted me in this way. I want you to please remember that I have acquiesced to your ever demand in this matter, and I am still more than willing to send the $385 USD to you or one of your agents at this time.
Please sir, understand that I am not dealing with international transactions such as this all the time and I am not experienced with these matters.
I have spoken to my personal bank manager about this transaction and he has told me that this transfer cannot be made because the account you provided to me has been 'flagged due to suspicious activity' - his words, not mine.
If you are serious about this deal, please send me legitimate bank account details so that I can make the transfer to you ASAP.
Regards,
XXXX"
It sounds simple and stupid, but if you're looking for a second account, something like this seems to work for me.
Not sure if this is the case with this lad, but if so, give it a try and see what happens. If not, send his passport image back to him and tell him you're sorry and just start the whole process over again.
Just what I would do though.

@Thomas, we never even got the bank account stage. He asked for WU in the very first email. My script was that he had to join my church in order to receive the funds, but he twigged when I asked for a picture. 
@Yastreb either that or he's just a 1D-10T.
The file was sent back as he requested, along with a letter of regret that he has declined membership in my church. As much fun as it would be to hurl insults at him, I decided to hold off in case he comes crawling back later.
Now he's being re-baited from a new account. I'll go straight for the piggy this time, then make his life miserable. |
