The only people that have any kind of control over when I receive my passport are the lawyers who approve paperwork, the printers of passports, and the post office. In this day in age, while technology is a major help, it can also hinder circumstances, such as right now while the bank of Spain is having a problem with their email. As I have said previously, if you do not trust me, simply call them, or try and write them an email. According to the one I got, their system should be back online Friday. When I tried to send them emails, my email would immediately inform me that it did not go through.
