Got this one and one the dating site was close to my city about 70 miles, started to chat and within days she was In love with me (im that good huh)
Well of course i went along, i have pics of someone from her and have searched for them and not one hit yet. Of course emails do point to Lagos and she looks like an all american girl.
Now the story starts when i tell her were i live and wow she may have a job there soon, claims to paint and decorate houses, one funny thing here she asks if i would pick her up and airport, (dont forget she about 70 miles away) but i go along not really saying anything about it. then over this past weekend ask her whats she doing this week and especially on wednesday (its the 4th of july) and said i can come see you on wed. (not saying its a holiday) well might have to work but not sure, then the next day i ask again cause i wana come see you, she say i have to go to florida and get some stuff for that job, Ok then so a day later she now changed it to going to England to get "the goods" for her job. Now first off mind you were she says she will be working is not a high class area nobody living there would do anything like that, but i go right along cause im still waiting for the scam. so this week she is in England and asks me if i will pick her up at airport on tues again sure ill be there, and she asks if i will help her with "the goods she got" (now were i come from the goods are usually stolen items and im sure thats what itll be)
Now today woke up to a nice email ip traced to Lagos again with an flight confirmation direct from airlines web site, im like now thats good but seems like every email she send is a reply to others she will keep the RE part but change the rest of subject and this was no different, an embedded html of the confirmation page to a long list of reply's.
Now i see mistakes with this one if she left home town to UK and knew she was coming back get a round trip ticket but this is a one way ticket back.
2 on the form the is a way to change things 'manage my booking' so i clicked on it and it asks for booking # and lastname well they both appear on the email so i tried to enter and says this booking does not exist
I know after this lad entered all the info in and made a copy to show me cancelled it.

Now here my problem is this Mugu trying to get me to go on a safari??
the airport listed on return is only about 60miles from me and no i will not be there even though my character will be guess maybe some of you can give me some advice on what to do how to act with my lad this type of stuff this is a new one on me. i havent been here long and tried searching for something like this but nothin.

well once i get more chat lines with this one ill post them cause there are some great one liners but i will say this has been the best and well rehearsed lad ive run into. Remembers things quickly and plays into my character very well so far. but yes has made mistakes
any help comments would be great

It took you days? I just had one on TWOO that was declaring his eternal love on his third on-site message, before even getting to email--and that was after I responded with his first two on-site messages with an "I'm not interested" and "I know you're a scammer!" Very Happy

Seriously, though, you need to remember the top 3 rules of scammers.
1) Lads lie.
2) Lads lie.
3) Lads lie.

I'm being a bit facetious here, but the point is to never take anything they say as real.

There are no goods at all. There is no job, and nobody is traveling. "She" (most likely "he") is simply setting the scene for the emergency.

Another standard tactic. He didn't actually cancel it, he just made a booking, took it to the payment stage, and emailed the itinerary without actually paying. Then used the confirmation as "proof" of traveling.

Lads have one goal and one goal only--to get your money. Everything they say and do is with that goal in mind. Sending you to the airport does not get him any money, and it is in fact more likely to cause you to twig. He's setting you up for the money request. "She" will have an emergency, e.g., injured in an accident, robbed, or stopped by the authorities at the airport in London for undeclared goods, carrying something she shouldn't, etc. Your money will be needed to help her out of the emergency.

As to the photos--mark them up and post them here, and we might be able to help you to ID whose photos are being used. Lately, we've seen a few more "normal" photos being used, but the majority of scammers are still using mostly models and porn actresses.

Finally my Lad got to the scam. As i said she was getting the good and was to be shipped back to the states and low and behold customs seized her goods.
