All I'm trying to do is bring him up to speed on the fact that Diplomatic Immunity Seal Of Transfer (DIST) documents are ok for the US where they have Federal government. But here in the UK we have a constitutional monarchy system so we use a Parliamentary Immunity Security Seal Of Endorsed Delivery. Very Happy

He's a bit short tempered because I should be explaining all this to his idiot Barr, who doesn't seem to get it either. Confused
