i know where mr. marshall is now and who he is conning. Of course its another woman. I would like to give her concrete information, like emails hes sent you with his address on it, or a phone number this woman can ring so she can speak to someone in person. Mr. Woo has so many lies, he just makes up another and its hard to pin him down. Please help if you can.
