He drug me into a G chat earlier. The mail just before the chat was "ok". I have no idea how to get the whole chat but I asked for bank details to send the money to. Mid chat he jumps out and sends this

me: I lease these places for a few jobs, and they can be moved in a day and set back up with the rigs. After about 6 months I let it go back and get a different one.

me: They have everything that I would have at home, but I do bring a maid in once a week to clean up

me: I do try not to make a mess out here. If I cook something, I do my dishes. if I track mud in here, i do my best to clean it up. It usually only takes her about an hour to tidy things up. It keeps the leasing company happy.
