Maybe it was something I said.

Well, today I think that I lost my first bait. Of course there have been several other email exchanges with the lads but this one was special. My poor lass was stuck in a refugee camp and I was the only man on the planet who could help. We understood each other, she was a rich, young woman who needed my help and I was to buy our home in the English country side with our millions. Sigh... it was not to be.

I think that I had her on the hook until Mr G0mer dolla chopped her. That was a too much even for her. Oh well I strung her along for a 4 weeks, not too shabby for a first bait.

I'm sure that I will rebound quickly. As it turns out there are several woman in the refugee camp that have my email address. Oh, I can't forget the Colonel with a few million of Saddam's loot!

The bait is on the hook, gotta go.

Four weeks isn't bad for a first bait. Many don't even make through 3 emails.

That being said, don't get too convinced it's over. I recently had a Senegalese love lad on the hook for about 3 weeks then he stopped emailing me. I thought it was over, wiped away my tears, and moved on. That was about 2 weeks ago.

Now about 4 days ago he emailed me back, claiming he was in the hospital and that's why he stopped writing. I strung him on for 2 more days before breaking the news that I had found a new woman in Sierre Leon that was even better looking than (s)he was, hoping I could start a good lover's quarrel or even a love triangle, but I haven't heard back from him since then.

Either way, lads seem to have a way of forgetting the past, and begin doubting themselves after dropping a baiter. Often times they end up coming back for more punishment.

This may be just my personal past with refugee lads speaking here, but they come and go. I have been playing with the same one on 3 different addys and he comes back to my very first every few weeks.

Four weeks on your very first is great work, especially with one of these. Keep on trucking!

I've never hda much luck with refugee scammers. they always want to move onto the "reverend" and when I try to keep the "romance" going, it dies out pretty quickly.

4 Weeks is still 4 weeks a lad won't get back. Nice work Smile
