These are a nightmare. They have used the Better Business Bureau logo and address on emails. The real BBB has stated that their system was hacked and they never send out emails.
Here is one of the phishing mails.

Attn: Owner/Manager
Here with the Better Business Bureau would like to inform you that we have been sent a complaint (ID 26609691) from your customer in regard to their dealership with you.
Please open the COMPLAINT REPORT below to obtain more information on this problem and let us know of your opinion as soon as possible.
We hope to hear from you very soon.
Sincerely,
Katherine Schulte
Dispute Counselor
Better Business Bureau

Im constantly getting these emails and I have never been involved with them.

They usually tell you that your company is under investigation or is about to be removed from their register.

The scam seems to be to get you to go to the link in the email and fill out personal details.

The scam is that the attached "complain report" is actually a virus/malware.
