If Log-in short cut at top of page does not work.

On Index page at the bottom of the page, enter your user name and password then log-in.

It works for me.

Having the same issue. Although I usually can't even see the "log in" button due to small screen that cuts off right after "usergroups" so I either have to scroll over or use the index link.
