The Americans rather say 'Jerk off'. As in, 'that guy's a real 'Jerk off' or Jerk for short.
There are about 94 terms meaning 'masturbation' so not surprised some have no real vulgar meaning there.

I think 'Wanker' is a much better insult than 'jerk off', personally - sadly, most folks in the US don't get it.

Why would "douche" be an insult any more than "bain" or "évier"?

My English and Spanish are Leftpondian, but my French is Rightpondian, and my Portuguese is mixed. There are general pondian differences in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, but what about French? Is there enough similarity among Cajun, Québecois, and Guyanese French?

Could we make a list of the most offensive insults to lads?

I usually use a lot of references to their family turning tricks or banging farm animals, but I'd love to know of a dreaded C word to use when chopping dollas, etc.

For chop insults the farmyard stuff, and "yo mamma" insults etc do rile them something nasty, however for the "c" word insults you need to know where they are from and potentially the tribe.

Having read several gerald durrel books, which are a great resource for finding tiny villages that exist and pidgin english words. An insult i picked up to use on someone from the cameroons is Ibo. Which is apparently a tribe from nigeria that the cameroonians hate, its the worst thing you can call them ~ apparently anyway.
