Since your funds are tied up, it's possible that your business manager might require a promissory note. with a *nice* large space at the end for him to provide a notarized copy of his ID.

My lad got one today - charging a mere 2% interest as opposed to the "10 folds" he kept insisting. The only 10 folds I see coming via him are the # of creases to turn his e-mail into a paper airplane.
