This is the first lengthy bait I have done in quite a long while. Fortunately the lad was quite easy to deal with. Although it's not nearly as crazy and funny as some baits that have been posted, I was able to include several entertaining twists. Unfortunately the lad wasn't willing to do any work to earn some cash, even with a sizable pay off in sight. I also encountered a couple surprises early on that made me laugh.

One thing this bait did was remind me just how greedy these lads are, and how indifferent they can be toward the struggles of their victims. This particular lad was no exception.

In hindsight I should have gone much slower, but I was really enjoying toying with the lad. While the bait is not technically over, I am approaching the next round as a new bait. The lad is now dealing with a new character with whom the main character was associated. She only emails him once every day or two, if that. She's currently in witness protection, so making the lad wait has been very easy. Smile

I did the coloring with a script I wrote, so hopefully everything is correct.

The following email from me was in response to something I removed from the previous message. The lad had forwarded me an email he originally sent to someone else. I assume he did that

because some pictures were attached, and it was easy to forward them. Needless to say, I was curious. I wound up contacting the person in question and found out that it's someone else from Eater. Laughing

There is a good chance that I'll be picking up a good amount of cash
this weekend. This week marks the end of tourist season in this small

Thanks for your patience. The time with the client I met today turned
into an adventure. I'm not sure how familiar you are with American
culture and some of the things that bombard us constantly through radio,
TV, and the internet, but there is a lot of attention given to how men,
as they get older, should get medical attention for poor sexual
performance. Well, this client tonight definitely could use some help -
and I don't usually feel that way about anyone. Let's just say that he
had a hard time controlling himself for more than a couple minutes. The
poor guy was completely embarrassed at first, but then he grew angry and
frustrated. He was swearing at me and calling me some pretty vulgar
things. I was worried he would do physical harm to me, but much to my
relief I talked him into calming down so that we could go our separate
ways. A short time after leaving he called me and asked to meet again on
Saturday afternoon. I'm not sure what to do, but it's hard to walk away
from the money.

I'll probably meet with him again. Maybe I'll try to make myself look
less appealing or something. I don't know how else to help him. I mean,
seriously, how do you help a man who can't handle having a hand rubbing
him through his underwear? I feel so bad for him! I just hope I can
convince him that it's okay and to just hang in there and enjoy the time
together.

Fortunately not all clients request my company for sexual intimacy. Many

wish it was a one time thing. So, same time next month I will be paying
my part again. At least my friend (her name is Mary) can rest easy
knowing that she's being taken care of.

I haven't gotten all $1300 yet, but I do have about $400 right now from
last night. I'll be earning the rest over the weekend starting tonight.
Of course, that doesn't include the paycheck I get from the bar this
morning. But I always make sure to set that money aside to pay for my
meals, gas for my vehicle, and other necessities.

Back to the $400 do you want me to send that today? Or would you rather

May I ask why you don't trust the Money Gram agent? I only ask because

Hello. Please know that although you are receiving this from Eva's email
account, this message is being written by her sister, Elle. You're
receiving this because Eva has asked that I notify everyone in her
contacts list that she is okay. Don't worry - I've sent this to all of
you without revealing any of your email addresses.

For those of you who are unaware of what has transpired, here is a brief
synopsis.

Due to circumstances which had affected Eva's financial status, she had
a busy weekend doing some extra work. On Saturday evening she met with
one of her "clients". She had never seen him before, but they had spoken
at length the day before, so she thought it would be a pleasant visit.
Unfortunately he was anything but pleasant. I won't get into the graphic
details, but when the time came for them to conclude the meeting, he
became violent and abusive. Although it is fortunate that Eva was
knocked unconscious early in the physical struggle, and she does not
remember much of what occurred between then and when she woke up in the
hospital, the injuries she suffered are many with some being quite
serious. Eva is now safe and recovering from the man's actions.

If you are reading this and happen to be one of Eva's respectable
clients, then please know that she is currently healing and will be
unable to take on any appointments until further notice. We are told by
the doctors that the physical recovery period may last anywhere from two
weeks to a month. She has always been a strong, determined woman, so I
am not surprised she does not seem to be emotionally damaged, but that
may change over time. I only ask that you please be patient while she
recuperates from her injuries and returns to good health.

Thanks to those of you who have written to her already to wish her well.
I will try to send updates as we are given new information from the
doctors here and from the police who are investigating the case.

If you have any questions or would like me to pass along any messages to
Eva, please feel free to write back to her at this address. I will be
keeping an eye on her messages until further notice.

Everyone, this is Elle again. Thanks for your responses to my email
earlier. Eva is really sore so I've been reading the emails to her. Many
have made her smile and she thanks all of you.

A few thoughts from her and I regarding questions and comments that were
sent to us...

I wasn't going to mention this, but Eva has been wincing while laughing
about it and thinks it's funny. YES, The Twins, which many of you
apparently have come to lovingly name her breasts, are just fine.

Several of you asked if she knew the man responsible, beyond the client
relationship. We can't share that information right now, but maybe we
will be able to once the investigation is completed.

Some have offered to donate to help cover hospital bills and medical
costs. We are so thankful for that. One of the negative aspects of Eva's
occupation is that there is no medical insurance. Normally she'd be in
good enough financial status to be able to take care of substantial
costs out of pocket. But at this time she is stretched very thin
financially, and will need assistance. That's where a friend of ours has
come in to help out. This friend is a cancer survivor who was helped in
the past by Eva's donations to Find A Cure, so now he feels responsible
to return the favor. Here's the deal - for each picture sent in by all
of you, his company will donate $100. The pictures must show you holding
a sign that says something about Eva getting well. For example, "Get
well soon, Eva! And Twins Too!" (I swear she made me add the twins
part!) If you have friends, they can participate too. The more the
better. If we get lucky enough to have so many that the donated funds
are greater than the medical costs, then the extra will be given to a
charity organization which will be determined later. We feel that this
is the best way to do this because it allows people to be involved
without having to sacrifice money in what, for many, is a tough economic
period. As we collect pictures, they will be printed and posted on a
tack board outside Eva's hospital room.

A few of you asked about visitors. I think they're fine as long as Eva
is not resting or getting overwhelmed. There may be hospital policies
that must be respected, and I can check into that later.

I apologize for not replying to each of you individually. There have
been too many emails for me to answer one at a time, and I figured this
would be the best way to do so.

threatening, but when she does stand or even sit up, she immediately
feels nauseous and lightheaded. The best thing for her right now is rest

Hello again everyone. This is Elle writing again.

Im sitting here next to Eva who is sleeping soundly at the moment. I
wanted to share with all of you something that has been developing since
my last update.

The response to our pictures for donations idea has been overwhelming. I
believe were at about $8000 so far, which is awesome. Those of you who
have sent in a picture already are so great. Because of the amount of
enthusiasm, Eva and I thought we would make this into a competition.
Ill get into that shortly. The other news regarding the donations is
that Ive been informed that we will likely be facing some issues
involving taxes and having to comply with federal regulations involving
gifts, donations, etc. Basically, when multiple parties (a technicality
in our situation) are donating, there is a limit on the total amount
that we can accept before the sum is heavily taxed.

Fortunately we have found an alternative method of working this whole
thing out. A dear friend of our late parents has offered to cover all of
Evas medical costs. This will allow us to circumvent the taxation and
not have to worry as much about the total amount. Those of you who have
sent in pictures are probably wondering, What about the money were
already collecting? Good question.

We have learned that if the sum of the pictures for donations money is
given to an organization in the United States, there will still be a
significant tax against it. So we are hoping that with help from those
of you in other countries we can find one or two worthy organizations
that are on hard times to which we can give the money. I think we've got
Norway, Brazil, Accra Ghana, China, Turkey, Italy, England, and Portugal
covered...sorry if I missed someone! So if any of you have ideas, please
let us know. This is going to be at least the roughly $8000 we have
already, so let's put this money to a great cause!

Getting back to the competition I mentioned earlier. After seeing some
of the pictures that we received, and having a lot of laughs over them,
we are going to give a $100 Amazon.com gift certificate to the person
who sends in the most imaginative, creative, and funny sign picture. Smile

So let those creative juices flow!

Hello again everyone. This is Elle writing to you with an update
regarding Eva's recovery.

Things have been going well so far, though the doctors here have had to
delay any thoughts of releasing Eva to go home and rest there. There are
two reasons for the delay. The first one came to light yesterday when
she experienced a mild seizure in the morning. Unfortunately the cause
has yet to be determined. The other reason for the delay is the surgery
she went through yesterday afternoon. There were several things her
attacker did which are quite disturbing, one of which caused severe
damage to ligaments and tendons in and around her left knee. The initial
X-rays and MRI scans showed that the damage was not as thorough as had
been discovered during the surgery, thus causing the setback.
Unfortunately this means that Eva will need to go through several months
of physical therapy and rehabilitation in order to return her knee and
associated muscles back to their former strength.

That's all for now. I am hoping to have an update regarding the charity
donations soon. We're currently waiting on some details from an attorney
who has volunteered to assist us with the process.

Mr. Mills, this is Elle writing again. Eva is here with me, finally at
home from the hospital. We're writing because of our discussion with a
man named James who came to see us late last week. I spoke to him for
quite a while regarding Eva's condition, recovery, and so on. He was
very profuse with his expressions of support for her and I, and we were
quite surprised by it all because she had only met him at the Money Gram
place in Pleasant Hill. Part way through his visit Eva needed to undergo
some tests with a doctor, so James and I went to another room. That's
when I began to share with him the state of our donations, and I told
him it would be terrific if we could send the money to an organization
in Africa. He recommended I contact you to see if you happen to know of
any church, health and wellness, or other such organization which you
feel would benefit from a sizable donation. If you happen to have
information regarding such an organization, please let me know.

I did spent another evening with James so I could ask him more about his
past. There was something about him that was rather shady. It took some
time and persistence, but I finally got it out of him. Now that I have
learned about how he came to be essentially stuck in this country, and
the murders he witnessed, I understand why he is so reluctant to tell
much about himself.

Anyway, thank you for sending him to see us. Once we got past the
initial confusion, his visit turned out to be quite pleasant. I am
hopeful he will remain in contact and friendship with us.

Please get back to us regarding the organization - we're going to have
to decide very soon to whom we send the donation money. The feeling I
have gotten from people I've contacted about it say they prefer to send
the money to your area of the world.

There are still some loose ends being addressed regarding the donations.
Although many have suggested that the funds are put to use in Africa,

I'm sorry, but it's not possible to do what you're asking. Here's what
the lawyer wrote when I asked about it:

Absolutely not - it is not as simple as withdrawing money out of
your personal bank account. State and federal regulations are very
strict and esoteric with regard to donations to foreign
organizations. Splitting the total sum would incur a heavy tax
penalty of approximately 35%, and then there is additional paperwork
and redundant bureaucracy that can take anywhere from 4 weeks to 3
months. As if that isn't bad enough, you still have to work through
the Department of Homeland Security until they are satisfied that
the organization receiving the donation is both legitimate and not
tied to any terror activities - this delay is doubled when you are
working with multiple donations from the same party because DHS will
not give attention to more than one case from a single person at any
given time. Needless to say, the amount of time and money lost by
splitting the funds would be extremely costly, and from a legal
perspective saying that it is unwise would be an understatement.

I fail to see why this person would require an advance payment
unless he is A) involved with a scam or other fraudulent scheme, B)
shamefully lacking the desire and effort to proudly represent the
charity, and/or C) falsely representing a charity to which he is not
actually associated as a means of receiving donations. Every charity
I have dealt with that is notified that they are a candidate for any
money - a remarkable sum of approx. $39,000 in your case - has gone
out of their way in an attempt to show that they deserve the
donation. I have seen several impressive portfolios from them that
are comparable to corporate presentations. My point is that if they
sincerely believe in the cause that the charity represents, they'll
work hard to show that they want the donation and deserve it more
than other organizations. Exercise caution when dealing with the
person to whom you are in contact as he sounds like he may not be
reliable.

Again, I am sorry. I would I could give you better news. My hands are
tied on this whole thing. Had I known it could get this complicated, I
probably would have chosen to handle it differently, but at the time
when I was in the hospital this seemed like a great way to make use of
the donation money I would not need.

The rumor was true - Emma and James were murdered. The detective said it

So I am very scared. There's a cop here watching the door, but he's out
in his car, so I don't feel very safe. Not that it matters. I'm so
depressed right now that I don't have much will to live. Since our
parents died, Emma is the only family I have left here. My real friends
don't live nearby and aren't aware of the fact that I am an escort. My
life feels like it is in ruins. I can't even work, I can barely walk on
my own...I'm pathetic. I think this may be it. I have gathered up all
the pills I have for my recovery and I am increasingly tempted to
swallow all of them. I just don't think I can handle the way life is
going anymore. If I don't do it myself, then that mobster will probably
show up and kill me anyway. So what's the point of waiting?

This bait really highlights lad indifference to their victims' plight. anyone who imagines for a moment that scammers simply prey upon those who have more than their fair share h=does not know the real deal.

I have a bait just winding down now where my lad is frantically trying to get an impoverished, grieving widow who also lost her only child to sell off her dead child's violin--the only thing she has to remember her.

Most of these scammers do not care if they take food from the mouths of starving children or medicine from the dying or housing from those who have barely anything.

I did keep this lad going a bit longer from yet another character, but when it became clear to me that he was too stubborn and lazy for a safari or a trophy, I decided to end contact. It didn't help that I was tired of his indifference as well.

One would think that dangling a carrot of thousands of dollars would motivate a lad to put together some pictures and info, but no, not this guy.

I basically reached out to him as a lawyer friend of the main character in the bait above. She had been swept up in a series of witness protection relocations in order to evade the evil Casinos who were trying to find and kill her. This allowed me to be very, very lazy about writing to the lad, often going weeks between emails. Finally it came to a head when I felt ready to continue. I informed him that he needed to supply information in order to get Billy's inheritance (a Taylor guitar and a 2011 Audi which I offered to sell and then send the cash)left behind by Eva. He refused to do anything. So I unleashed a lengthy slap and told him that I would not write to him again unless he changed his attitude. Needless to say, that has yet to occur.
