Management summary: An asylum seeker from Cameroon and his partner in crime have scammed a Turkish couple living in Switzerland out of CHF 350,000 (about USD 380,000) with a variation of a wash-wash scam. The couple invested their life savings, sold their car and borrowed about CHF 100,000 to help the lads clean 40 millions worth of blackened bills. They were promised 20% of the cleansed cash in return.
The Cameroonian was sentenced to 28 months in prison, half of it suspended. His partner and the money have disappeared.
Well, at least the article helps raise public awareness. |

There should NEVER suspend sentences for lad but make them longer and force them to go to the electric chair. But then again it's Switzerland and there are quite a few lads there too. |
