Hi,i have just joined this forum after coming across it during my search for information on a russian dating scammer that has targeted me recently. Her real name i believe is Ignateva Anastasiya and she is based in the city of Pskov but she is going by the name of Diana Perkinsaw of Poland now. We are up to email number 6 now and while she is yet to ask for money she has certainly planted the seeds ready for harvest soon. The emails have become very much about her deep love for me and the pics she sends have become raunchier and more revealing as we progress. I have found scam articles on her going back to 2005 so she is quite the seasoned pro at the scamming game. Her current email address is [email protected] but i received duplicate emails from her saying her email addy was [email protected] and [email protected] also.

I have portrayed myself to her as a middle aged man that makes exhorbitant amounts of money but is bored with his life. I could certainly do with having a hot new 27 y/o in it to spice things up and give me something to spend all my excess money on. She seems to be lapping this up as when i disclosed some fictitious financials for my last financial year i immediately received several pics of her in a bikini as well as a few bedroom shots. She is now talking about coming to Australia for a vacation in 3 to 4 weeks and would dearly love to meet me and consumate this fantastic love that has grown between us. I am unsure as to how to proceed further with the baiting as i feel we are getting to the business end of her scam and would love some advice from the forum members here as to how i can keep her on the hook for as long as possible.

Thanks for the welcome and the advice also. I have not shared any of my real personal details with this scammer but disturbingly she knew my name and the city where i live as she mentions both of these in her first email. Here is a couple of pics of her :-

that sounds to me like the scammer has your real details (we refer to this as RL on here)

250% drop him, no contact at all, ever = nothing = zilch

the photos are almost certainly stolen from somewhere on the net
my advice would be to let someone else here deal with this lad

HOWEVER please hang around & learn what we do

we need you if you are keen, this IS the MOST rewarding thing you can do to hurt these scammers - yes we have fun, but we are DEADLY serious about hurting these scammers

we can teach you, if wish to learn & will listen to our advice / guidance

Thanks for another welcome and yes i do plan to stick around and assist in verbally dismembering as many scammers as i can. I have already had some fun with a few romance scammers from Ghana but after reading some of the posts here it is obvious that i am still very green when it comes to scam baiting and i have much to learn.

I am also receiving emails from this lady, if you save the pictures from her to a folder and open one with Windows Live Photo Gallery, then go to edit mode it shows you the year for the photos. I know that neither of us is going to have her i was just being facetious and sarcastic. I don't need to post the emails here that she sent to me as they are exact copies of the ones you posted.

And hello to another aussie Cool

I have taken the advice of others here and dropped her as she addressed me by my first name and also knew the city i lived in when i got the first email from her. But it would be good to see some others here give her scamming wings a clipping.

I figgered as much, just had enough of all the crap.
Internet dating has brought nothing but trouble, scams everyware and no real dating.
I gave it up but every now and then I still get an email.
Wish there was a way to wipe them all out.
Draging them out and making them beg before telling them to FO is tedious, I've done my share.

We, as baiters, have a high tolerance for tedium. I think that's why so many of us work in IT.

Slowly slowly catchee monkey is a good maxim and can give greater rewards in the long term but there's no hard and fast rules. We change and adapt to suit the bait and the scammer and if we lose one early well, (unfortunately) there's always a ready supply.

Hey it seems that i have got the scammer Diana Perkinsaw knocking on my door, i'd like to know how far have did you guys let it go? she asked for a phone number and i gave an old pay as you go number i got free, which she did actually call, i can confirm she is a real female and did read my emails. i'm a student and told her that i was broke basically.
She said she booked a ticket and coming here and i should meet her at airport.
I always thought it was a scam so i went along just for a laugh. some reason this has freaked me out that she might be coming please tell me that this is part of her trick? and not true. did she call any of you?

Yes all is going according to her script.When the day comes for her to leave there will be some sort of fee she will need to pay which is where you will come to her rescue and send her some money to pay this fee.She will point out that she has paid such and such amount for her ticket and is now short of funds for the time being so could you be willing to "lend" her this money to pay the fictitious fee.

I had the same conversations with her and I took her and her friends to the point that I "Sent" them the money they wanted. They wanted me to send the money to a bank account, but I told them that my bank would not send money to Russian accounts because of the scams that come out of Russia. After some discussion they asked me to send the money via Western Union to which I agreed. (funny how an innocent Russian girl knows so much about money transfer). Anyway, I sent them details of the transaction. The WU agent. The town, post code, the amount and the MTCN. I got a frantic reply almost be return telling me that the MTCN was wrong, so the next day I apologised and told them I had made a mistake and altered the number slightly. I then got a note demanding the a copy of the payment slip I wrote back and told Diana if that was her attitude she could get stuffed.

When I am asked for an address I generally make one up in which ever Oz city I am supposed to be living in and post this picture of "my home and one of my cars."

These romance postings are too funny! I manage to lure mine in with my charm and swedish language. My first one started in Spain... He tried to scam me and it took him 1 1/2 yrs to get to the money questions. Finally I told him to fall off the planet. Since Jan 2012 I have been attracting quite of few of them and have them all online. I lose them for a day or two but I'm guessing they are asking someone else what to say lol. They don't stay gone to long. One want's moneygrams, One wants "injured operator funds". One wants me to open a bank account for him to put money into lmoa! All of them apparently want my hand in marriage and are dying to finish their "projects" and come home to me as fast as they can.

My daughter says I'm pretty good at being the innocent swede who doesn't speak english very well but knows how to get her man. Laughing

Lads are typically juggling several scams at one time--it's not uncommon for them to temporarily drop one target who hasn't paid to focus on who who seems like they are about to pay. Sometimes they completely drop a target, only to reappear weeks to months later when all of their other funding sources have dried up, and the dropped target is suddenly their best potential.

The fun thing about baiting is that you can behave completely irrationally, be nothing like you really are, and still succeed. As the male baiters have shown pretty well, they can invent an amazing number of implausible scenarios, and a lad will accept them completely if his eyes are completely on the money.

Even if you want to straight bait, there is no need to be too real with the lad. You don't have to stray completely into fantasy land, but embellishing here and there can do wonders. You don't want to really educate him on how women think, because that will help him to be successful in scamming others. So it's always good to to teach him something that will come back to bite him later. For example, one baiter who hasn't been around in a while worked on convincing her lads that over-the-top sex talk was what women wanted, ensuring he would scare off many possible targets who would see him as a pervert. She also worked on teaching some new pet nicknames to lads--what woman doesn't want to be called "shrew" or appreciate fat comments?

It depends on your comfort level. Personally, I never have - I just can't stomach it. The baiter who encouraged it made a conscious decision to do so because she wanted the scammers to go over the top with real victims and scare them off.

We had another baiter who went the opposite way too--her character was devoutly religious and conservative, and absolutely no sex talk of any kind was allowed. That approach inevitably gives lots of opportunities to slap the scammer when he even alludes to sex.
