Save tax email, scam website or a real one used by scammer?

I got an email with the subject "Save tax upto RS49440" (Yes, upto was one word) and went to the website in the email. The phones numbers in the email are 1-800 numbers.

I won't post the website address here, nor the phone numbers, but if someone will PM me, I will forward the email to them for them to check out for me.

The business is in Delhi, and the website looks legit.

The email address however doesn't. And the closest website domain I can find with that email has pictures of money and "money keeps flowing" everywhere.

I would like to know if I can shut something down and add to my sig. Those piggies are getting lonely and cold there.
