To elaborate: Generally Victims behave in almost fixed ways. They may be suspicious at first. Asking, "Is this just a trick to get my money"
Or, "How do I know you are honest?"
It throws the scammer's suspicion of a joker out the window. It tends to build that special trusting rapport.

Think of this as creative writing and the bait is a novel in progress with all sorts of twists and turns as the plot thickens and your lad gets completely off script. Or if it inspires you, it's a roleplay and in order to level up you need your character to do things to evade Western Union or Money Gram as much as possible with excuses, lies, and manipulation. |
