This company are not only unlicensed for providing Immigration Advice.

They will play on your circumstances and promise the earth. You will be called by a Barrister who probably doesn't specialise in Immigration. Is probably not even registered at the Bar.

You will spend huge amounts of money, be lied to, never given the correct information, they will never phone you back.

They are selling PEO appointments and Legal Advice to promise you a swift application. Their Call Centre does not belong to them......they are complete scammers.

If they owe you money, go straight to the Citizens Advice!! Take them to court and do not stand for this. Also you can complain to Companies House, UKBA, OISC and The Bar Council. Which I'm about to do to get my money back

Please avoid UK Immigration Barristers at all costs.

I paid them over £1,000 for them to help submit a visa application for my wife which we soon after found to be very foolish. We saw some of these reviews posted on this forum and the day after paying them we asked for our money to be returned without using their services or that of Kings Court Chambers. They agreed to return the money and that someone from the accounts department would call me. This never happened which lead to a large amount of phone calls to the company, going over the same things each time and being told i would be called but never received any call.

After 1 month they finally said that the money would be in my account on a certain date, this never materialised until another 15 days. Within this time there was a number of phone calls with them promising the money would be returned on a new date.

The only thing that gave me hope was that a previous poster claimed they got their money returned. Then after a month and a half of constant calls to the company and lies on their part, I had my money returned in full. This was a very stressful experience and I warn all to strongly avoid UK Immigration Barristers as they are not to be trusted.
