^^Letters are written from right to left, but numerals from left to right. That's probably because they got the numerals from the Indians, who write from left to right. But Indian, Arabic, and European numerals, though all decimal, all look different. |

These numbers are used only in Arabic countries in North Africa. In the Middle East and Gulf countries, they mainly use The Eastern Arabic numerals.
