Pha- You would not believe some of the forms that mugus have filled out over the years!
Questions like:

Why do birds suddenly appear ever time you draw near?

Essay questions on the nature of God.
They have provided fingerprints, thumbprints, ear prints, nose prints, and other<g> prints for identification.
They have filled out lengthy sexual questionaires
