at last some (even if Australian only) statistics. Obviously compiled from "Australian Institute of Criminology, with Victoria Police and the Melbourne University School of Social and Political Sciences" work, from talking to local victims? Or online surveys by them?

Scammers have rights? Yes they do. They have the right to be beaten down and mentally tortured by baiters. Too bad that most times the punishment inflicted on them in nowhere near the pains suffered by their victims. But I'll keep trying to make it as close to what the victim feels as possible. there does seem to be a rise in News stories 419 here in Oz recently. that can only be a good thing.
