Another newbie here! Been enjoying reading your stories. I've always wanted to get into scambaiting, but how do you guys manage to find scammers? And how can you tell if an advert is a scam?

i hv recently been scammed and I am really pissed about it. it involved a hell lot of money. i saw that i am supposed to PM one of the mods to complain about a scammer bank account.
so i have just done that to one of the mods (i randomly picked bware419ers).

hope he will help me. because i went and complaint myself to the said bank and all they said was they will "pay attention" to it, not shut it down. so i am not happy about it. at least by shutting it down they cannot draw their money and cannot use it to scam others for the mean time.

Sorry to hear you were scammed. Bware419ers will take care of it.

You may want to do a bit of reading first before baiting. It is best to go after lads with no emotion. Let yourself heal. Angry baiting may not be therapeutic for you just yet.

When you're ready you'll be properly prepared.

Have you had a chance to head to our sister site scamwarners.com?
It would be good to give the information out over there regarding the scammer, his email address and his format. It could very well prevent his getting more victims.

If you'd like to start baiting right away, you could try baiting a completely different kind of scam. Do sign up for a mentor; he'll help you learn the ropes.

Hi I created the website (link removed - bware419ers) and have referrals coming from this site so I figured I would sign up to see what people were saying, etc. I can't find a single thread about it I was wondering if anyone here knew anything about it.
It's a parody site that I put up 3 days ago. I put google analytics on it to see how it was doing (I also put adsense onit as well) and like I said I saw hits/referrals. So far there were just 7 but since the site is so new I am eager to see how people are reacting, and yeah you can call me anal.

I never saw this site before, but since I do own my own business I get calls from scammers all the time. Most are people telling me I can be on the front page of google, because I qualify, lol.

One guy in particular calls me a couple a times a year as the "guy with the bad jokes" but I just hang up on him. He is usually selling advertising trinkets, pens that sort of thing.

So thats me and why I am here.
If you do visit my site - thanks, its a parody of dating sites. If you have any contributions to it - I am all ears.

I am certain that you guys all have some memory of scam that would be a funny addition to my site. I dunno, maybe I could make a page on it to mimic a ridiculous scam.

Love what you do. I found it very inspiring and I wanted to contribute. Am very new and might need guidance though. Does the mentor thing not work?

For the records: My mother was scammed by a romance lad after my Dad passed away. She was so happy to find somebody at last and she's sooo innocent, bless her. She felt heart broken when my brothers and I told her the truth about him. She never gave any money but I was pissed to high heaven about it anyways.

So I'm back with a vengeance. Twisted Evil

I've just started baiting my very first lad, a great investment opportunity. If you guys have any tips feel free to guide me!

Anyway, thanks for what you do guys.
