You get the feeling that some of them just don't try. Maybe the brevity is there to stop them being caught in spam filters.

Gotta be. The first disclaimer at the bottom relates to written tax advice under IRS Circ 230. No normal human being would put it under personal e-mail and it applies only to the US.

I would, honestly, inform Kozen about the security breach. Pretty serious given the client/attorney privilege.
