Did a scammer really just give me their Bank login?

Hey Folks!

I've been bugging the hell out of this Juliet scammer for months (see signature). Even after a thoroughly enjoyable bait I kept poking it with a stick every 2 or 3 days. We've just had a chat and in some kind of show of bravado I'm pretty sure he wanted me to see his bank balance.

First he starts telling me to click on a weblink - I didn't I just looked it up. And it was an obvious fake bank (will report that and hopefully get it closed) then he tries to guide me through the login details - I just pretended I was following his instructions - he then gives me the username and password he uses for it and says "i want to give you my usersname on there and password for you to see into my account , so you know am not just fucking gold digger like you".

I'm intrigued. I really think he wanted me to see his bank account. Anyone here not as nervous as I am about logging in and having a look? I can PM you the details as long as you can post the results here.

bill2 didn't have time to send the screenshots but will later. Apparently it's an account that shows $600,000 and unlimited credit.

Anyone want to order shit online?

As bill2 says it's probably fake along with the bank but hey we live in a fantasy world anyway. I'm getting a jetpack!

Yes, it feels good to know that you have helped some victims. Currently we are baiting a credit card hacker over at the Peckam Morill thread, and we love to report those stolen details, although we shall never know the identity of the owners.

I don't know what to do now. Can I post the screen shots? Am I contacting a mod? Am I giving the fake site and login details to TheFae (you're welcome if it will help your total)?

Have Dora check the site(or anyone else who has time) I think it's real, in that case it's a victim or a stupid lad who deserves to get acquainted with Alan our secret weapon Smile

To prevent friction I would go for the green ones here

Will do bill2 !! Interestingly, the scammers bank account details were sent to Alan some time ago and one of the details on the screenshots tallies. The "next of kin" is the same name as the person I was told to send the money to. To get this shut down would be superb.

I'll pm details to Dora. And have to wait and see. Frustratingly I'm out of computer range for about a week so feel free to pass on anything you've gleaned.

Like I told you in the PM, a totally fake bank site and it will be killed shortly. It is posted here in the FB forum: http://forum.419eater.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=202846

This site has Directi as the registrar and they will kill it once it is in the AA419 DB, and a site killer doesn't even have to write a report! Directi is the best! Very Happy

The site is dead. If you listen carefully you can here a mugu screaming with screams of joy, they love it when we shut down their fake sites. They are thrilled when we give accounts the Alan treatment. Safari’s make they giddy. Also can anything replace the special feeling of a dollar chop?
