hi guys i did get to my yahoo mail and really odd scam mail , really i will copy paste it here.

It is not quite as rare as one might think. Over at Scamwarners there is a section about "Green Card Scams". This type is especially nasty as it targets victims who are not familiar with the English language and American immigration laws.
Are you baiting him? I might give it a try.

The IP Tracker couldn't place him (the Google Headquarters and Ireland, yeah right!), might be using a proxy. I doubt that the US will be able to prosecute him, no matter how many laws he is violating.

Let me just clarify --

The real websites that were being discussed in the linky posted by Morgain are not really baitable. They are companies that walk the line between legit/sham/scam. There are hundreds of them on the web and there isn't much that can be done about them but better education for people trying to get Green Cards.

However, in the example in this thread, since there doesn't appear to be a company associated with it -- just a lad running a visa scam -- this is certainly baitable.
