Phil's idea might work after all:

Let's say Jemima dies, and in her last will she leaves everything to the girl - on one condition: Sara flies to Africa and gets married to Collin. A lawyer is executor of the will and will control everything.

Generously, a considerable part of Jemima's money will be given to Sara right now so she can travel in style and bring a Rolex, a laptop, a digital camera and a diamond ring to her fiancé.

So either Sara gives up on the photo, or:

It is now the executor of the will who wants to see it before he gives those US $ 30,000 to Sara so she can travel.
