Has anyone seen this type of scam?

It sure sounds like a romance scam but I haven't seen one of these before. It came with a picture attached of a pretty blond gril in front of a building I can't identify, probably a stolen vacation picture. Has anyone seen anything like this before? Originating IP seems to be from Mexico, and the email came from Yahoo India...

Looks like a variation on one of several scripts.

Next few emails will have 'her' quickly growing in admiration and then falling in 'love' with you and eventually asking if you will pay for her ticket over to where you are.

And so on.

And yes, I read the IP as Mexico.
