Here's my chat w/ my lad Gary. Any advise would be appreciated. I had to send him money via Western Union then take a 2 hour and 45 minute bus ride back to WU to get the money back so I could send it Money Gram.
The Western Union was a 9mb jpg scan. The Money Gram was a securetrans.tk which he tried to access for over an hour.

me: The have froze the money until they get the identification. They said they will not send money until they have ID

He has evidently enlisted the help of friend and sent me an e-mail from a yahoo account requesting the securetrans info . He's been trying to access the image for about 6 hours now.

At the end I e-mailed him the "sender's" 9 mb receipt which I warned him would refund the money if he tried to use it. Money Gram now has 2 receipts system, the senders and the receivers receipts. The sender can only access the sending receipt and the receiver can only access the receivers receipt. Shame he wouldn't listen to me.

me: I have looked at it, it looks fine. The money Gram agent said that the receiving person must access the receipt from the secure trans and that there are now 2 numbers. My number and Your number. These numbers are different and if I give you my number it will no work.

Welcome Clunkerjunker!
Your doing great! Only suggestion I would have is try slowing it down a bit. I usually send numbers first messing up the order or omitting then sectrans or the vault. Finaly I might send a copy of the reciept. Of course the whole time I am just going along with the fact it was WU. When I send the reciept it is a MG reciept. It's the same thing right? Good news is they can't check MG online like they can WU they have to go to the bank. They look like a fool. This whole proccess can take weeks. Remember you control the pace of the bait the lad will obviously want to rush it.

One other tip I see in your last chat he asked you how was your weekend. Use things like this to your advantage. Tell him EVERYTHING you did. Ask him what he did and so on. Work up a dialect on a personal level. Pretend your making friends with him.
