Because of this, by early adulthood the synaptic balance in the brain is more inhibitory than excitatory.

As part of my on-going bait that is in the Romance section I told my Lad that all of us needed to open new E-mail accounts and do a conference call to exchange them so the Hackers couldn't find us. After a few more E-mails I get this from my Ladette:
