In a sense, both are correct, as most people aren't going to see or experience any violence in going about their day to day lives. So far, violence has been isolated.
For the moment, foreigners from other West African nations might be targeted more than Europeans.
And no, it really isn't funny. But if you want to scare a scammer, try to send him to Bouake. |
