I've been looking for an apartment on craigslist and keep running into scammers. I have one that I've been emailing back and forth with, however I really don't have time to properly handle him. If you've been looking for a scammer to play with, let me know and I'd be happy to hand him of to you. Here's the sum of my communications with him. His email address is included in the communications below, however if you decide to engage this scammer please leave a post on this thread so we don't get several people playing him.

The rent is $1,200 per monthly for the entire 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathrooms with the refundable security Deposit of $500 which include the utilities such as: Property amenities included, Central Heating,Gas,Refrigerator,Ironing Board,Good wireless internet Connection and Cable,Washing machine,Dishwasher,Microwave Oven,Television with Built-in DVD Player,Flat Screen,Coffee Maker,Double Sofa bed in Sitting Room,Dining Area,Hairdryer,Water/Sewer,Stove,Hydro,Electricity,A/C, Indoor & Outdoor packing,Laundry Facilities En Suite and Dryer, just to mention a few... Pet is also allowed, you are welcome with your pet if you have any...

Note that, The place is well fully furnished, but you can still bring your things along, as you can still rent the place unfurnished, if do you have your owned furniture, you can move in with all your furniture, and move my owned furniture into a storage, because I have a free space in the unit to move them in all, you just let me know what you have decided on this if you are going to rent the place furnished or unfurnished ?.
