What? Do scammers think I'm a scammer or what?

Over the past 24 hours, I've been getting e-mails from scammers to one of my e-mail accounts written in Nigerian pidgin English. At first I thought "Maybe these are some baiters from 419Eater sending these" except that I've never posted any of my e-mail addresses here, so it couldn't be that.

Any idea what these are? Two examples below:
(I took out the e-mail addresses in case there are any victims on the other end)

I had a feeling it was a baiter, but if so, how did he get my e-mail address and why was he e-mailing me when I'm not a scammer? Confused

If it's not a baiter then the implication is that there is a "white man" out there who is genuinely paying $1000 for pictures of African men dressed as women. I probably don't want to be involved in either scenario. Laughing

Sorry about that! I seem to have gotten a few baiters in my last ASEM.

EDIT: only the first script is mine the second is also a baiter I have chatted with.
Looks like we are using the same sources for addies obviously not a good source. Embarassed

Yeah, I'm betting you probably got a lot of other baiters in there as well.

Our effectiveness depends on the scammers not being able to link the site with this one.
