It seems that Fanmail no longer wish to provide free email forwarding and domain names for many of the domains that it hosts.

They are discontinuing many of my baiting email addresses unless I pay EEEK Shocked

for forwarding.

Does anyone know of a similar, or equally good free service that I can operate from my Gmail account?

It was very easy to use and a convenient way to operate all my baiting personas.

I wouldn't want my lads to lose contact with their most frustrating and irritating correspondents. They might lose some sleep.

Note to self:

Freeola looks good.

It just seems to work a little differently.

But it seems to work.

I want private email domain such as

[email protected]

and forwarding to and from my main baiting email address which is GMAIL.

And of course I want it free.

Fanmail did this perfectly until they decided that they wanted money for the service.

However Freeola looks good, but I haven't tried multiple lad emails yet.

Fanmail has put a huge hole in my baiting

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO just tired it IT WORKS
a lot more messing around to setup, but it works,
I have not figured out what the catch is yet, because
they are giving a lot away for free

Yes. I see what you mean but it also means you can set up multiple baiting addresses with different domain names, all under one log-in.

The only thing is that it will not hold up to any sort of full header scrutiny.

But I don't think lads care much about that.

I was only rumbled once by a brighter than usual lad, who noticed that all the domains of the emails he was receiving from supposedly different senders, in fact were all Fanmail domains. If he didn't know about Fanmail in the first place he could have only seen that by looking at the full headers.

scambuster3 how did you get it to work? It says the email is only accessibly through a Freeola internet connection for me (unless I pay £2+VAT PM for the Freedom package).

Fanmail still works but does not forward. You can still use your Gmail account to send messages IP free, its just that you have to log in to retrieve your replies from the lads.

Dr Steve go here and click option 2, choose an address and you should be right to go, once setup, you need to work through the menus to get to forwarding page

Connie, yes fanmail stills works , I still login to my accounts
we are just crying about the free email forwarding not working any more

fanmail seems to limit you to 10 outgoing emails a day
