Yesterday when visiting a friend, she introduced me to her neighbour, who had this wonderful cat they want to get rid of :
So naturally, I couldn't resist and said I would take him in. His name is Max. I'll fetch him after Nov 23rd when I'll be back from holiday !  |

As far as I've seen him, he's very cuddly with people, but playful with other cats ! Exactly what I need - I have a kitten here who doesn't leave my older cat alone, so I hope these two youngsters will play together ! (and not destroy the house together, lol) |

Exactly Windypops, he does have an attitude - apparently he terrorises one of the other cats in the household by chasing him.
Exactly what I need for my kitten who is terrorising my oldest cat by chasing him - I hope I can get the youngsters to play together
The lady tricked me though She told me that she was going to have this wonderful feline put down. Well knowing that I couldn't stand that and immediately propose to take him in. And I fell for it big time |

Make sure you comb him/ her(?) regularly in that case

Hehe, ES, you have experience with longhair cats
It is a domestic longhair I guess, he does look much like a Norwegian Forest Cat but I doubt people would abandon a real NFC on the street (the lady I'm getting Max from, found him on her doorstep  )
I have a Maine Coon and have to coomb him too. He doesn't like it though  Sometimes I have to ask a cat trimmer to help me. |
