Against all common sense, I posted a car for sale on Craigs List.

What a bunch of crap scammers responded..

Fake craigslist web sites, bogus phone calls etc.

The fake site is here: hxxp://www.craigslist.org.oscrave.com/2041498105

Notice the oscrave.com in the url..

Do we take any action on these scammer sites? or have a ICDB?

Curious minds want to know..

I didn't go to the site, but my first thought is that we would treat a fake craigslist site like a phishing site--report it to craigslist and have them take care of it. They are big enough they should be able to do it.

Update...

I contacted comcast, (reporting the email address on the fraud link) and they assured me they had little tolerance for fraud..)

I suspect it's taken care of..

Craigslist seems not to care a bunch..

Cheers..
