Hello, baiters. I’ve been a lurker here on and off for a while now. I need some technical advice. A dear friend of mine will be without a voice for a few months and is looking to talk on the phone via VOIP – Skype or something similar – using TTS (Text to Speech). I’ve pointed him to an article on enabling the TTS feature in Windows (I think he’s running XP or Vista, will know soon) but I don’t know much about integrating it with VOIP. I’ve heard recordings of a few of you using soundboards this way and I imagine it would be a very similar process. Can anyone offer some instructions? I’d really appreciate it. Please let me know if this is not an appropriate post for General Chat.

Thanks, Glenn
