Hi everyone, I discovered 'scam baiting' just a couple of days ago and can't believe what i've been missing out on all this time!
I've just started my first bait, i've fooled a scammer into thinking he has hacked into a Government Agents email account (obviously created by me  ) to communicate with an extremely dangerous international crime lord over a diamond exchange. Who he thinks he is going to rip off to the tune of $1.2 million... how stupid are these guys?
So just to say hello and if anyone has any advice for a newcomer  |

Baiting safe means gtting an email address that it not connected to you in anyway.
Lots of us use Gmail, as they cant tell where you are mailing from

They are not stupid (well okay some of them are extremely stupid), most lads have no concept of why baiters would "waste their time" when there is no money or profit to be made by our antics. Bad for them, good for us. 
Advice? Read, read, read and participate in the forums/threads. Most folks (except Fartina  ) are very helpful and even more talented when it comes to smacking the lads around.

into. Really cool, should play out like a movie script.
I don't know if "stupid" is the word for each and every one of them.
I've baited a lad with a University degree in Math, yet thank god he never checked IP's for 4 months or more.
You could catgorize all of them as "blinded by greed". And this can appear
as stupidity in the things they will do while chasing $$$$'s. |

I was amazed too, never thought he would go for it. I'm currently holding the government agent hostage and I asked the lad whether I should kill him or not, he said yes. My ultimate plan is that things go badly wrong, the 'crime lord' and the government find out about the whole thing and sends assasins after him
As for your last point, absolutely, could also explain why some seemingly intelligent people fall for some of the scams which promise big returns. |
