This has probably been brought up, but I am wondering if there are any new forms to send the lads for them to fill out. I have not had much luck with good ol' form 49 lately. Of course only occassionally did I ever get a lad to go through the verification block in the middle.
I think many of the lads have been baited before and are getting wise.
