This is a pretty standard 419 scam letter, and doesn't fall into the miscellaneous category.

Miscellaneous scams is a fairly quiet forum, and a lot of baiters don't visit here, so if you want a scam letter to get the attention it deserves, you should post it in the surplus forum.
