I find it highly unlikely that there is an issue with my laptop and my
computer. Both are top of the range and brand new windows 7 dell
computers with all the business packages and picture viewing packages
in place. I have however - just to be sure - made an appointment with
a pc engineer tomorow to take a look at the pc's and see if he can
download the file. It would be nice if you made an effort to do
something similar from your side and either see a pc technician to
