Legit law firm, attorney, and bank used in scam

I just started a bait (standard NOK) and was referred to a "barrister" after two emails. The lad gave me the name of a real law firm and the name of one of their real attorneys. The contact email was obviously not for the real attorney. He also sent me an obviously fraudulent certificate from a real bank. Header analysis suggests the lad is in the same city as the law firm and the bank.

This seems like a long shot but I'm wondering if the law firm and/or bank would go after this lad for illegally using their names. I might be able to lure this lad into the open where maybe they could get him pinched by the cops.

I'd love to hear from some of the eater vets (especially those who have successfully had lads arrested) on what you think the chances are of pulling this off.
