Hi Mega Bandit, I think I understand your concern. I have a couple of questions:
1. What is a lady gaga?
2. Is the pretend lady scamming or asking for funds?
3. What harm is it really to your nephew if he is friends with a fan site?
To me it sounds like a good opportunity to teach all of your relatives about internet safety, because there are real predators out there.
Disclaimer: Maybe I am being dense here.
