Phishing is outside our purview here. We focus on advance fee fraud. In any event I strongly advise against clicking on any phishing links. They are notorious for being laden with all kinds of malware. As tempting as it may be to fill in phony data, it puts your computer at huge and unnecessary risk.

It will take more time to enter the phony data than it will take for the scammer to detect it. The use the banks own automated information validation. Phishing scams have a lot of innocent victims but are not baitable. The lad once he has the phished information has no need for further contact.

As Juan said stay away from the links in a phishing scam unless you are using an isolated computer and know exctly what you are doing. The scammer may not be your worst enemy but open websites used for the intermediate links attract all kinds of malware.
