If you have apicture of a scammer, and you have associated evidence to prove it is a scammer, emails etc, and you wish to post it in here,
Open a photobucket account, upload the picture from your file to photobucket, then use the img. function in the drop down when you click the photobucket image, copy the link, then open a post in here and paste the link. Also include any evidence, we don't believe in injuring innocent people.
I think that is what you are trying to arrange?

In case you aren't aware of this, photos sent by scammers as part of their scam are quite often ones of innocent third parties. So if that is how you have the photo, it isn't necessarily a photo of the scammer even if the scammer has said 'here is my photo'
