My thoughts exactly, what a bait that would be *dreams*. It's pretty obvious what it's about though.

This only very rarely happens, Cafe owners of course would never be able to be held accountable for what people use their PC's for.
If the cafe owners are giving the lads internet access in return for a piece of the action I don't see why they shouldn't be held accountable. Same thing with corrupt W.U. employees who aid and abet scams such as the old "send your sister a payment to prove you can cover the rent" trick.
To me this is analogous to the problems the US has with Oxycontin and other controlled substances being diverted from pharmacies. Yes, the pharmacies are performing a valuable and legal service, just like Western Union and the Internet Cafe owners. This doesn't mean they shouldn't be held accountable if they knowingly profit from crime.
It's great that Microsoft is making cool music videos, but until international law enforcement takes this issue seriously and creates effective disincentives for internet fraud (something to balance the allure of sitting on one's ass all day sending emails and then collecting cash) it won't matter much.

What is with the guy in the pink shirt?
He sure looks like Urkel 2.0, doesn't he?
Anyways, the tune's totally awesome!!! What gives me a bad feeling about many of these big colaborations like this is the massive corporate/political involvement as can be seen at the end of the video. Microsoft, the EFCC and the likes mentioned at the end always give such things a bit of a hypocritical undertone like "We are proud to sponsor this project/event.... as long as it gives our corporation (e.g. brand) a positive image." Might as well hype a tune that raises concerns about the destroyed eco system of the Niger delta, but none of the corporations/government outlets would, seeing this would provoke lots of beef with Shell.
Ooops, I'm thinking outside of the matrix again. Somebody better put me in my place.

@ Enforcer..So, Bill Gates is diversifying into music videos. Let's hope for the kind of money Microsoft, and EFCC, and etc. sunk into this project there will be some sort of positive results. Measurable and quantifiable??
(too much to hope for.)
@ BaitRunner...I heard it was the Canadian phcys. eh, no matter which country. No business likes for the public to see their dirty laundry.
