Sorry to be somewhat slow at answering but use of this link posted way back opens the page just fine.
"Oleksasem" there has remarkably low standards. Her critera is a male aged from 18-75.

The "Scam Help" page is a direct copy and paste from the links page here at Eater 
Good to know that anybody who clicks on that link (victims / baiters / scammers) have such a large list of baiting sites they can learn from.
Right down the list is a list of Victim support websites, some that are no longer working.
Reading the front page with the highlighted link to Scam help, you would expect something more, at least there is something I guess.
As for making the site scam free, one of the best methods would be to educate the potential victims of the site.
